Suspension on my daily driver feels like it's about to rattle my teeth out

Suspension on my daily driver feels like it's about to rattle my teeth out, where do I even start in Dubai without getting fleeced?

I've got a 2015 Altima that I've been using to commute from Mirdif to Jebel Ali for the last three years and somewhere along the way the ride just went from boringly comfortable to genuinely punishing and I only really noticed it yesterday when I was stuck in traffic on the Al Khail Road extension and I realized I could feel the individual grains of asphalt through the steering wheel like one of those old vibrating motel beds, I'm not a car guy at all I just put petrol in it and get the oil changed when the little sticker on the windshield tells me to but now the car bounces twice after every speed hump and makes a clunking sound when I turn into my parking spot and I'm honestly a bit scared to take it to a random garage in Al Quoz because I've heard stories of them just pointing at things under the car and saying words like "bushings" and "control arms" and suddenly you're down two thousand dirhams and the car doesn't feel any different, I was trying to read up on what might be wrong and ended up looking through a bunch of local forum threads and someone had linked to https://www.suspensionrepairdubai.ae/ which seems to at least lay out what they actually check instead of just giving a vague "full suspension service" that could mean anything, so I guess my question for people who actually know cars is how do you even start this process without sounding like a clueless wallet ready to be emptied, do I just drive in and say the ride is bumpy and hope they're honest or is there a specific thing I should be asking them to look at so I don't get sold a whole new front end when it's probably just one worn out shock or something.
